Hair Orders (Except for In-Stock Items):

  • Custom Made: Our hair is custom made in Vietnam, so please allow sufficient time for processing when making a purchase.
  • Processing Time: Once you place your order, it will take approximately 14-25 business days to process. This timeframe is considered a 'pre-order' item and is separate from delivery times.
  • Delivery Expectations: We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. While orders are typically delivered before the estimated processing time, we provide these timeframes to account for any unforeseen delays.
  • Complexity and Sale Periods: Processing times may vary based on the complexity of your order and busy sales periods.

Delivery:

  • U.K. Delivery: We're based in the UK and we use Royal Mail First Class Signed For or Special Delivery for domestic orders. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, and your order will arrive within the following times after processing:
  • UK Express Delivery: 1-2 working days, £9.00 - £10.00
  • International Shipping: 7-20 working days, £20.00
  • EU Shipping: 7-15 working days, £15.00
  • Tracking: For orders outside of the UK, delivery times can vary. Please follow the tracking number provided to stay updated on your order's progress.
